Drop off at a one of thousands of participating local shops - most convenient option
Option of a courier to come to your work or home address if you're at home all day
Send in to us at your own expense if you prefer


Collection Options

If your items can be boxed, then we can get them collected. Collection costs £15 and if you need a box you can order one from us when you book your collection for just £5. If you use your own box, it must measure no more than 60cm x 50cm x 50cm (that's 24" x 20" x 20") and safely packed according to courier guidelines to avoid damage in transit. We will return any items which we cannot sell free of charge if you don't want us to use our free disposal service.

Drop off to local shop

For boxes weighing upto 10kg each, we can send you a label and you can drop them off at your convenience to one of thousands of local participating shops. To find your local drop-off points, click here and enter your postcode.

Courier

Alternatively we can send a courier to your home or work to collect upto 5 boxes, each weighing less than 25kg. There aren't any slots so you need to ensure there will be someone there between 9am and 5.30pm. The courier will bring his own labels to affix to the box(es).
