Listing fee per lot - £6

Commission on sale - 35% of selling price

Collection fees - as quoted prior to collection or calculated on hourly rate

Reserve fees - free if items sells above reserve, otherwise £10 per unmet reserve

Premium fees - £50 per premium listing

Withdrawal fees - £25 per lot withdrawn from consignment

Fault not declared - Lot withdrawal fee plus any associated costs (including outwards and return shipping charges if applicable)

Listing and scheduling fee for "long lines" of repeated lots - £50

Listing and attendance fee for kitchens, bathrooms, and other in situ auctions - £25 within London (outside London, please ask for a quote)

All fees quoted above are net of VAT and are additionally subject VAT at the current rates
