This BBC documentary follows Jasmine Harman as she works with her mum through her hoarding habit and explores the underlying psychological factors which make us hold onto more stuff than we need.

Our service is designed to make clearing out simple and hassle-free. We can collect anything from a box to a large truck load of stuff and get it out of your way and into our warehouse at your convenience.

We are eBay Top Rated Sellers and have sold over £4m worth of goods for other people, and we will use all that expertise to sort through your items and determine which will sell (we have a minimum sale value of £30). For the rest, we will dispose of them for you at no extra cost. We have a wide range of environmentally-friendly options that we can follow: we work with local charities, we scrap, re-use and recycle where possible and in the last resort use licensed waste-disposal.

Simple fees for a simple solution
Our fees are simple and reflect the work you ask us to do and the success we have in selling.
We will make a charge for collection, which depends on how much stuff you have and where you are located. This can be as little as £10 for a box anywhere in theUK. For large loads we will give you a quote, but we aim to charge less than a junk clearance service would and after that, there is no charge for any disposals or donations to charity. We don't charge for sorting through your stuff or storing it in our fully insured and secure warehouse.

As expert sellers, research shows that we typically get upto 25% higher prices than novice eBay sellers, so we really earn our commission. We charge 1/3 of the sales value upto £500 for each item and then just 10% above that: the more it sells for, the more you get. The sale value is calculated after all the postage and eBay fees - so we just charge commission on the amount that you get.
